Can I choose my fragrance?
Yes. Fragrance options may vary by product and order type. For custom or wholesale orders, fragrance selection can be discussed before production.
Are your candles made in the United States?
Yes. Our candles are handcrafted in the United States.

What is the minimum order for custom or wholesale candles?
Our minimum order is 24.
How long do custom orders take?
Most custom orders are completed within approximately 3–4 business days once details and label artwork are approved, but timing may vary by order size.
Samples & Fragrances
Do you sell samples?
Yes. Samples may be available so customers and businesses can review scent, style, and product options before placing a larger order.
Can businesses order samples before placing a wholesale order?
Yes.
Do all candles come in every fragrance?
Not always. Some fragrances work better with certain candle styles, wax types, or custom designs.
Shipping, Payments & Returns
How long does domestic shipping take?
At Lit Wit Candle Company, we provide affordable and efficient domestic delivery within the United States using USPS. We always strive to ship your package in the most cost-effective manner possible. Depending on the shipping option you select at checkout, your domestic order should arrive within 2-5 business days. All orders placed on business days are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.
Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the next business day. As soon as a shipping label is created, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes a USPS tracking number.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and Venmo.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within one week of delivery only if the item is damaged or defective, and that eligible returns may be replaced with a new product or store credit.
Can I cancel my order?
To inquire about canceling an order, customers can contact Lit Wit Candle Company directly. We will do our best to accommodate requests for cancellation, however, please keep in mind that our order processing and shipping times vary and some orders may have already been processed and shipped. In these cases, we may not be able to cancel the order, but we can assist with a return or exchange if necessary.
